My pet is attacheds

I believe my pet dog Punkin is attached to me. She is so loving and laid back that we can't help treating her like a baby even though she is old and has hip problems. We left her outside today for the first time since being lost. We are a bit leery about it, but have to let her have some kind of freedom. Pets are awesome! I truly enjoy my pet!

Pet Dander Allergies

Never thought allergies would affect me. Now that the world of the 40's have hit, it's official...I can now say that I am affected by allergies. Where the hell did they come from? Is this some American Health Care plan to keep us buying drugs? Well, all in all I am now purchasing medication for these allergies. And when did I get allergic to pet dander and here I have a dog. Please make sure you bath your pets often, even in winter. I believe the hardwood floors help with the pet dander versus that of carpet. My dog Punkin does not make me sneeze, cough, and all that hacking (at least that's what I believe...and noone can tell me different!).

Not comfortable with Kennels

We are so not comfortable with kennels, so we leave Punkin in the garage everyday for 6 hours until one of us gets home from work. She never goes to the bathroom in there and she has her bed in there as well! I wish there were another solution...

"Best Dog in the World"

We never imagined that we would have such a wonderful dog. Punkin is now 12 years old and now starting to get the shaky leg from all the squirrel chasing in her old age. I feel so sorry for her! However, all must get old! We were told we should get Glucosamine for her joint pain. So we went to 1-800-PETMEDS and purchased a bottle. GO HERE. This is the second week trying it on her and so far the shaking has disappeared.

In spite of her mishaps of leaving the yard at times where she was picked up 2 miles away, she manages to find her way back home even after visiting our neighbors yard. (That is where she release herself!)I know my neighbors do not like the fact of her doing that in their yard, but what can we say...It's kind of nice! Sorry! No stepping in poop for us! She has been a real treat too!

How to Find Your Lost Pet

My husband and I both work 9 to 5's and would leave the perfect pet at home outside for hours rather it would rain, sleet or snow, and she was fine with that. We would always bring her in at night after especially after her incident with a racoon that landed her with 10 stitches above the eye. Guess who won the fight? One day we came home and learned that our sweet Punkin was not to be found anywhere. We whistled, yelled, and walked the neighborhood for hours, to find that she was nowhere to be found. We then checked the answering machine around 7:00pm and the called that came in was unclear whether our precious Punkin was dead or alive. The message said...Hello Ms. Riding someone found Punkin. "Give us a call"! Well, the office was closed at that time so we had to wait until Monday because it was Saturday. We never thought we would see our baby again. So I encourage everyone to buy dog tags to find your pet. If it were not for Punkin's dog tags, they would have never know where to take her. Thank goodness for Pet Stores...
